When care makes you mad
Hurting is a reliever
Good health causes the fever
It's the young mind playing tricks
Some days I wonder if it will ever be fixed
My feelings with simple rhymes
That will only be understood by the simple minds.

Time slows down
The open still air feels chilled and large
Afraid to move
One breath will echo through this empty space
One turn of the head
I am a statue cold and hard marble
Frozen by the lack of reality
Caught in this lonely shell
Surrounded by fragmented dreams
Fear of lies
Fear of silence
